The talk highlighted recent transactions, new developments and the investment market growth in the past decade. Knight Frank is one of the world’s largest property consultancies in agricultural, commercial and residential real estate

Commercial Property: Investing in the City

The event gave an overview by leading agents like Mark Lethbridge and Amy Bryant of Gerald Eve who gave a presentation on the commercial City of London property market covering investors and occupiers, recent deals and a look at the changing skyline. Mark Lethbridge is a Partner at Gerald Eve’s City of London Office Agency department, he was previously a Partner at Deloitte Real Estate’s City office. Mark has been involved in some of the most high profile transactions in the City market, acting exclusively for tenants. He specialises in Occupation Strategy and Acquisition.

The panel was followed by networking and a chance to ask questions to the panellists and ask them about their firm’s internships & graduate scheme programs.

King’s Estates: The Next Step

The Directors of King’s Estates were invited to give a talk about the development of the University Real Estate. The Directors covered the Strand redevelopment, Aldwych Quarter, Waterloo Campus, redevelopment of Guys Campus and the planned new Halls in Canada Water.
